How our rankings work
Most "best stable" lists are ads in a trench coat. This site ranks with a fixed formula applied identically to every business:
Public rating weighted by review volume — a 4.8 across 200 reviews outranks a 5.0 across 3.
We scan review text for reliability signals (on-time and on-budget mentions) and complaint patterns (delays, surprise charges, no-shows) — counting complaints only from critical reviews so praise isn't misread.
Businesses that respond to their reviews — especially critical ones — earn a signal. It correlates with how they treat customers off-platform.
Businesses can purchase a Featured placement — always labeled, always visually distinct, never affecting the ranked order or anyone else's position. Lead-form submissions go only to matched businesses, never to data brokers.
